The Spring "Socially Distanced" Garden Tour was a huge success. After many weeks of quarantine the club members were eager to get out and see some gardens. Eight gardens were included in the tour. All gardens were located in the Town of Vienna, VA.
These gardens included the Vienna Community Center, Green Hedges School and the Vienna Vintner all of which highlight wonderful native plantings. The personal gardens of Mary Woods, Cindy Tessier, Sally Unger, Dolores Rooney and Carey Williams were also open for wandering. Each garden was unique. Thoughtful design was evident in each garden.
A followup Zoom meeting was held to discuss Design in the Garden where Carey Williams and Sally Unger shared how their gardens were designed and shared their personal garden journey.
